Probate & Trusts

We provide sepecialist help in relation to:

            - Application of the Probate Court.
            - The Administration of Estates.
            - The management and payment of Trust Funds.
            - The calculation and payment of Inheritance Tax.
            - Advice to Executors and Administration.

Our estate administration service is available to Executors of Wills and to Administrators in the case of intestacies. The service extends to the collection and distribution of all assets, the payment of all liabilities including taxation liabilities and the distribution to the beneficiary or beneficiaries. Full Estate Accounts are prepared on the completion of all matters.

In the case of settlements and trusts funds (whether created by will or during lifetime) ongoing advice is provided throughout the continuation of the trust. Trust Accounts can be prepared as neccessary and we can complete Annual Trust Tax returns on bahalf of the Trustees.

Whilst we have briefly described our estate and trust administration services above we are happy to provide advice and assistance to Executors, Administrators, Trustees and Beneficiaries in relation to individual matters which may be of concern at any time.
