Trainee Conveyancing Assistant
This is a full time position for a ‘Trainee Conveyancing Assistant’ in our Conveyancing Department at our Sandy Lane Office in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will be primarily assisting our Conveyancing Solicitor with the day to day office duties, including reception duties. Would suit a school/college leaver. Training will be provided. The salary will meet the minimum wage requirement with scope for advancement for the successful candidate.
Some of the duties will include:
- Opening & Closing of files on the Case Management system
- Ordering Conveyancing Searches
- Providing initial Conveyancing quotes
- Reception Duties
- Filing & Faxing
