- Is it true my partner does not necessarily inherit all my estate?
- Can I nominate someone to look after my financial affairs after my death?
- Can I nominate someone to look after my children after my death?
In the absence of a Will, your partner may not, in fact inherit the whole of your Estate. By making a Will you can ensure that your wishes are carried out. You can also nominate the person or persons who will be responsible for dealing with your affairs (the executors) and those who will have custody of your children (the guardians).
Most importantly, making a Will enables you to choose who will benefit from your Estate.
We can ensure that your Will meets all your needs. The charge for our services is modest and home visits can be arranged if neccessary.
Our charges:
Joint Will = £135.00 plus VAT
(£158.63 inc. VAT)
Single Will = £ 90.00 plus VAT
(£105.75 inc. VAT)
