Jennifer graduated in law at Birmingham University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester where she achieved the national Law Society award for outstanding achievement in Private Client. She then joined the firm as a trainee solicitor and is now the Head of the Probate Department. Debra Graduated in law at Liverpool John Moores University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course part time at Liverpool John Moores University whilst working full time at a firm of Solicitors in Liverpool. Debra went on to join another firm of Solicitors in Liverpool as Trainee Solicitor where she qualified in 2008. Debra has considerable experience in all property matters including Transfers of Equity, Right to Buys and Equitable Release Mortgages. Debra is committed to providing a friendly, personal service and is happy to see clients often without having an appointment.

Simon deals with all aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Separation and the Financial aspects on Relationship Breakdowns. He also deals with any issues arising regarding the arrangements for Children. Simon can also deal with some elements of Private Client Work including Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Simon will represent you throughout your case, including representation in Court, ensuring continuity and stability. He is committed to providing a caring and personal service in what can be a difficult and stressful time.

Michael has considerable experience dealing with all aspects of Criminal Litigation including representation of individuals at the Police Station, representation of individuals charged with criminal offences in the Magistrates Court and recently has commenced to represent individuals in the Crown Court. Michael is committed to providing a friendly personal service to his clients and is well known and respected in the locality which is evidenced by his continued repeat instructions from clients.

Jeanette graduated law in Liverpool and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Jeanette joined Brighouse Wolff in 1988. Jeanette specialises in Family Law. Her main areas of expertise are in relation to the breakdown of relationships and the difficulties that partners and parents encounter financially, in relation to children, and where Injunctions and Occupation Orders are necessary including representation at Court. Andrew is a graduate of Leicester University, completed Law Society finals at Chester and was admitted as a Solicitor on 1 April 1981. He is a Past President of Wigan Law Society. He has considerable experience in sales and purchases of residential and commercial property; site acquisitions and disposals; site set up; plot sales; business leases for landlord or tenant; sales and purchases of businesses including chemists, shops, newsagents and general stores. Jennie obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Law at Chester University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester where she was awarded a number of National awards for outstanding achievement. Lauren obtained a 2.1 Degree in Law at Liverpool John Moores University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course for which she obtained a Commendation.

In circumstances where Legal Aid is available for family work, both the Maghull and Skelmersdale offices can offer this service.
Jeanette works from both the Maghull and Skelmersdale offices and is available to offer appointments at unsocial hours and to engage in home appointments. Jeanette offers a caring and valued service in the local community serving Maghull, Lydiate, Aughton, Burscough, Aintree, Netherton, Kirkby and Skelmersdale areas amongst others.

Jenny is a solicitor and graduated from the University of Keele with a degree in Geography and Geology. Jenny completed her legal professional qualifications at The College of Law, Chester and trained with a Liverpool practice. Upon qualification Jenny joined a national firm of solicitors working in both Liverpool and Preston dealing with property matters.
Jenny specialises in sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, commercial landlord and tenant matters, re-mortgages of residential and commercial property and equity release mortgages.
Andrew Seddon, LL.B. (Hons)
He worked for over 25 years in the Wigan area before branching out to Bolton, New Forest and Manchester.
When working in the New Forest area he assisted a prominent local NHBC builder achieve their best ever year plot sales.

Lauren joined the firm as a Solicitor in 2017 having previously trained at a firm of solicitors in Liverpool.
