Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
Brighouse Wolff Solicitors are seeking a full time Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive for a fixed contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave, ideally commencing in May 2023.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a range of Commercial Property matters to including acquisition and disposal of freehold / leasehold commercial premises, new Leases and Lease Extensions, Option Agreements and small business sales and purchases.
Candidates should preferably have at least 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive, experience handling a varied property caseload and the ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy team.
The successful candidate will benefit from secretarial support, a competitive salary and hybrid working would be considered.
